Housing Futures - Socially Responsible Transitional Accommodation
Thank you

The sense of local community we have experienced has been extraordinary.

Christopher Bragg Auctions and his many local customers have very generously donated unsold furniture which has massively contributed to furnishing Surrey Hills to a very high standard of living.  This will make a very real difference to an otherwise vulnerable segment of society.

To the neighbours of the properties, please don't underestimate the difference your positive and friendly attitudes make to the residents improving sense of worth, and even our job satisfaction on an ongoing basis.  Thank you it's an honour.

Thank you to the Cities of Whitehorse and Yarra Ranges whose Planners, Health Department and Community workers work at the coal face, enabling us to reduce homelessness in this State.

We are indebted to the Fleischer's, all friends and family who have contributed their time, skills or furniture.  To the many eBay people who have donated more than their 99cent household items, we are also eternally grateful. H, Evergreen Electrical Solutions and Graham Cross Plumbing for your ongoing assistance and professional trade services.  Yarra Valley Water for their current assistance in assessing our water efficiency.

The number of opportunities for other local businesses to become involved in a commercial social responsibility initiative with us is unlimited.   We are experiencing a chronic housing shortage in Melbourne.  If you feel you can contribute, work with us, or provide goods and services in any capacity to make a difference to our residents, we would love to hear from you.

And most importantly to the residents who provide the daily courage and generosity to help each other, resolve issues and work together to live in harmony, it is a pleasure to work with you every day.

Our sincerest appreciation.
